LETTER from 5 NGOs to ECHR

Recently, the ECtHR has been issuing many “administrative refusals” in relation to individual applications from Turkey. We have written a letter to the ECtHR in order to draw attention to the deficiencies we have identified in these “administrative rejection decisions” and to present our suggestions for solutions. The letter was co-signed by the Cross Border Jurists Association, The Arrested Lawyers, Justice Square, Solidarity with Others, and FIDU – Federazione Italiana Diritti Umani. The letter was sent to the President and Registry of the ECHR on 17.01.2024.

As the Association, we will continue to provide legal support to the victims of rights violations and closely follow the processes of compensation and reparation for the violation of rights.
